Typhoon Rolly in Nueva Ecija

Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija - As of November 1, Sunday morning, typhoon Rolly is no longer a super typhoon.  However, signal Nos. 1 to 4 remain raised and torrential rain is still expected. Other parts of Nueva Ecija was lowered to storm signal no. 1 but small part of its southern portion remained under storm signal no. 2 including the municipality of Gabaldon.   The local government of Gabaldon conducted a desiltation in preparation for typhoon Rolly together with the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), Dupinga Mini Hydroelectric Corporation (DMHC) and other private companies.
